go to watch video (don't click), and a list will pop up. click on the office.
on the left there's another list. the second category down is "full episodes" and there will be seasons 4 and 5 listed. you can click on them and view the episodes for free and legally.
Besides what everyone else said about watching on NBC.com, if you're willing to shell out $10-20 a month for a Netflix membership, they have the Office seasons 1-4 available for online viewing as part of their packaged deal for members.
