Because they need money to keep the website free, you have to answer a survey to watch. However, you only need to do the survey on the weekends, and on the weekdays you can just watch.
Personally I don't like to do the surveys, they never work for me, so I just watch on the weekdays.
Other than that I really like this website. It has all of the episodes added the day after they air.

I would try hulu, it's much more legitimate than any website where you have to take a survey. if it's not there you could try fancast, tv.com, or nbc.com. all of these sites only work if you are in the US. if not, there will possibly be a similar option in other countries.
