How to reset Dell Dimension desktop computer to factory defaults?

I have a dell Dimension Desktop 9100 series. whenever it starts up i get to the logo screen then when it finishes loading it goes to another screen saying: Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run setup utility. At this screen i can't do anything and it wont let me do anything. Did my computer crash or is there a way to reset to factory defaults? and yes i hit F2 and F12 in the starting screen but there is no option there.How to reset Dell Dimension desktop computer to factory defaults?Try pressing (and holding) the %26lt;Ctrl%26gt; key and then pressing the %26lt;F11%26gt; key after powering on, and then releasing them.
