What is the difference between the Dell mini 10 netbook and the mini 10v netbook?

besides the price? Why is the mini 10v fifty bucks cheaper? Is it worth the money to upgrade to the Mini 10 instead?

Also, Do the Dell netbooks run "slow" at all?

I can't decide whether to get a Dell netbook, or splurge and buy a macbook. Do you think the macbook is a good investment? What is the difference between the Dell mini 10 netbook and the mini 10v netbook? Both excellent machines, only real difference, is the 10v has a slighly better resoloution, and a differenet processor, believe it is the atom z.What is the difference between the Dell mini 10 netbook and the mini 10v netbook? The Dell Mini 10 has optional upgrades such as a larger hard drive, a HD LED display option, as well as a navigation and wwan option. The mini10v does not offer these upgrades. The processors are the same but the Mini 10v does have the option to upgrade the RAM up to 2GB, which the Mini 10 does not seem to have.

But you really can't compare either to a macbook. The macbook in my opinion is far superior. My father-in-law has a macbook, and everytime I visit or he visits, I'm usually working on his toshiba laptop while his macbook has not had not one issue with it. Just my 2 cents.
