Why are Indian TV channels showing Javed Miandad's last ball sixer episode at Sharjah on 18 th April, 1986?

(on FRIDAY) in Austrlasia Cup to heat up sentiments %26amp; build TOP FRENZY against Pakistan again %26amp; again ? Is it not a negative projection of some event ? None asks why did Chetan Sharma take 5 minutes to deliver the last ball wasting that in changing fielding arrangements again %26amp; again which was COMPLETELY USELESS as the ball did not land within the boundary ? Miandad told journalists that the enough time made him sure that ONLY FULL TOSS was going to come targeting the middle stump so that no wide ball is there giving an extra ball %26amp; he already decided what to do. That was published in Sportstar weekly too. Chetan was bitterly criticised by Indian media for bowling a full toss as if they only knew cricket, as I could find out from records in libraries.

I came to know that the episode created great frenzy in every circle throughout India. Many nasty songs were aired by cassette companies. Many Bollywood Hindi %26amp; Marathi film dialogues too were written LAMPOONING Javed Minadad Khan Ahmedabadi. A Hindi film HUKUMAT(Kingdom) on the story of the(kingdom of ) most corrupt police officer Javed Miandad was purposely made to LAMPOON him %26amp; in that many times the dialogue used was : "Abey Saale Maroon Ga Aisaa Chhakka Ki..." Many advertisements too adversely used the phrase : 'Javed Miandad Ka Chhakka(Javed Miandaad's SIXER' ) as if hitting the six for his team at the last ball snatching the wictory from definite Jaws of defeat was a GREAT CRIME commited by a villain Miandad. People kept using his name in sarcastic dialogues to vilify rivals for next 10 years in private %26amp; govt offices too, it was learnet. Adding insult to injury, Javed Miandad has arrived in India to watch the semi final India - Pakistan match on 30 th March, 2011 too, NOT coming on FRIDAY.

Aren't such frenzy arousals avoidable ? Is it for TRP ?

Why don't TV channels teach good cricket batting qualities of Miandad ? He was a man of crisis %26amp; had a solid defence in his batting. When negative dot balls were continuously coming, he was moving forward %26amp; hitting a six. One, a journalist asked him which one is his favourite stroke. His reply was : None, ask me to hit the balling falling on a point in the field %26amp; use any bowler. That was reported in an esteemed weekly of Times group in India. Young TV host lads %26amp; lasses neither study nor know. people think its their nationalism while the fact is...it reveals the negativity in their mind !

nationalism is not a thing to show by words or throwing sarcasm on others... but its something that you have to prove by your deeds...like many great men /patriots have done !
