installed all the drivers off the dell driver disc in the appropriate order and still have no connection. I am running xp and have been through this process with success. What am I missing?? now you have everything installed but "dialup or IP address" are not correctly entered (which are necessary for an internet connection to work)
You have to call your internet service provider helpdesk engineer, or take telephonic support, only they can help to re create these entries. Some of the ISP will instruct you on phone and you can do it by yourself.
