How to reset Dell Inspiron 10 to factory settings without the CD?

I have a mini dell Inspiron that has recently contracted a variety of viruses that I can't get rid of. This morning, Microsoft told me RedCross was a good antivirus, but having downloaded it, I can now tell it's obviously malware. I'm in the process of transferring all of my things to different computers, but how do I reboot it without the original CD?!
