How to crack a dell password from the outside?

I'm on the blue welcome screen that has all the usernames on it, right?

I haven't been on in a week and i can't remember any of the passwords for the life of me.

Is there a way i can crack the password from outside?

2. Login as "Administrator".



3. Reset password.

then start in safe mode

then log on as and administrator

then go to control panel-user accounts and delete the passwords

then restart comp and see if that works--it does for me
