How can i get the Recovery Partition drive for Dell Dimension E521 back for a Factory Image Restore?

My friend did a System Restore the wrong way. So i tried to reboot my computer by taping F8 and i couldn't find [Repair My Computer] option in the Advanced Boot Menu. So i have no idea on how to do a Dell Factory Image Restore. How do i get the Recovery Partition drive back?How can i get the Recovery Partition drive for Dell Dimension E521 back for a Factory Image Restore?Turn your pc using F8 key in safe MODE.

ONCE YOU HAVE OPEN YOUR PC IN SAFE MODE YOU WILL SEE LAST OPTION CALL DELL IMAGE FACTORY SETUP- CLICK AND PUT YOUR PASSWORD AND RECOVER YOUR PC....

MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE NO DATA BACKUP NEEDED.
