Well! i recently purchased one lappy from dell... i tell u the services offered by dell is one of the best i have ever seen in my life. ya the online tracking really works... and they say that the delivery is done within 10 days of order or payment made... and i guarantee you that you will get it within that time limit. just keep tracking.... it will be soon at your door step.
