Adobe Flash Player Version 9 dilemma...?

Tonight I got online to watch a couple of Office episodes on NBC, and when I click on the link to the specific video, I get this message:

"Requires Adobe Flash Player 9 or greater, click here to download."

So, I click. I select to save the file, but then in my downloads box, it says:

"This download has been blocked by your Security Zone Policy--macromedia.com."

The problem is that my husband was watching some full episodes last night just fine--meaning our Adobe Software was working perfectly. And he didn't mess with anything on the security settings.

Any ideas on how to either download version 9 when my computer won't let me, or figure out what my error messages mean? Sorry, I'm good with some aspects of the computer, but not with settings/programs.

Thanks in advance!Adobe Flash Player Version 9 dilemma...?
Adobe Flash Player for Windows Internet Explorer the latest direct link to the installer is always here:

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/fla鈥?/a>

You probably need Shockwave too for Windows Internet Explorer direct link: http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/sho鈥?/a>

Just save the installer somewhere on your PC/or click to run and it will install.

If you use Netscape/Opera/Firefox/Mozilla you can get the latest from here:

%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/鈥?/a>

Then go here and test your flash and shockwave to see they are working and installed ok:

Just in case. Make sure you have flash turned on%26gt; Open Internet Explorer %26gt; Tools %26gt; Manage Add-ons %26gt; Enable or Disable Add-ons %26gt; Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer%26gt;make sure Shockwave Flash Object is Enabled.

Sometimes some AntiVirus and Spyware software block the activex :)
