Is there somewhere to legally watch past US TV shows online for someone who lives in the UK?

I currently live in the UK and was wondering whether there is a website out there that legally broadcasts full length episodes of US television shows? I'm specifically interested in Scrubs and The Office (US versions). I missed almost all of the episodes from last season and would like to catch up, but they are not currently available as rentals (at least Scrubs isn't - haven't checked The Office yet).



I am familiar with Hulu and Fancast, but those only function if you're tuning in from the US. I also have checked some of the catch-ups available from BBC, Channel 4, and Five online, but the shows I would like to see are not available.



I don't mind watching commercials or having sidebars of advertising. I just want to make sure it's legal and does not require downloading of specific programs in order to view.Is there somewhere to legally watch past US TV shows online for someone who lives in the UK?
