What is the title for this episode of Big Love?

I don't usually watch Big Love, but I tuned in briefly a while back and saw an actress that I recognized. I have a faint feeling that she is from True Blood, but the more I try to figure out where I know her from, the farther it escapes my mind.

I didn't watch the full episode, but I can describe what happened in one scene. If you recognize it, would you be able to tell me what season, or even episode its from?



The scene depicts another family where there is one husband and many wives. The women in this family wear strict looking uniforms with high shoulders and modest necklines(they are practically turtle necks) I don't know the name of this dress, but it is very formal. The man is in an office with his wife standing above him in behind a desk. Another wife runs in and she is begging for forgiveness for something. She doesn't know what she did wrong. She gets on the floor and is groveling. From what I learned from the episode the hysterical woman used to be the head wife, or the favorite, but now she is not.
