What show should i start watching?

I heard that some of the good shows are: Heroes, 24, House, Prison Break, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Lost, Ugly Betty, The Office, Brothers and Sisters, and The Secret Life of an American Teenager.



Where can I find reviews for all of these shows?



Which is the best?



Which is the worst?



If you can, put them all in order from best to worst.



If I start to watch one of them, do I need to catch up on what's going on in order not to be confused?,,, If so, how can I catch up from not watching it from the beginning without watching every full episode?What show should i start watching?
I watch Heroes, 24, House, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy and Ugly Betty. From best to worst (even though I love them all):

1. Grey's Anatomy

2. Ugly Betty

3. Desperate Housewives

4. 24

5. Heroes



I also love Entourage, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory and Private Practice (Grey's Anatomy's spinoff).



You should start watching them all from the beginning, except 24 where every season is different and tells a story of its own.
My favorite shows are :

Heroes, House, The Office, and Pushing Daisies.

For the Office you dont need to go back to the pervious episodes but its better because you'll understand everyone's personality.

That show is hilarious.

For heroes you need to know the pervious episodes or you'll totally be confused.

For house, not neccesarily because the cases are different but there are also side problems and such.

from the ones listed i watch heroes, house, desperate housewives, greys anatomy and the office.



All of them except the office need you to start basically from the begining. Though like said before its better to watch at the begining to get their personalities and the comedic style of the show.



IMO season 1 which only has 6 episodes wasn't very good. But after that it gets really really good. So don't let the first season turn you off.

The best is The Office, but I would encourage you to watch Chuck on Monday nights.

I think you can do the same for the ABC shows too. Not very sure about the shows on the other networks.What show should i start watching?

another great show that is free and can be watched online is afterworld. you just gotta get used to the animation.
