What's the name of this cartoon/animation?

Hello everyone, I'm almost losing my mind on this one... xD

I've watched a cartoon/animation that was very creepy and awesome at the same time. Now I want remember the name of it, but I can't remember and I couldn't find anything searching on the web :P



What I remember:



1- I never saw it on TV, only on the youtube and in the writer's website.

2 - It is a cartoon or animation(not 3D, it really looks like a cartoon/sketch) that has no voices in it.

3 - It kinda had "episodes" with 2 minutes long.

4 - It had a lot of monkeys, and a lot of sound effects of a monkey screaming.



Some "episodes" that I remember:



1 - There is one where a monkey wearing a formal clothes on the office that hears another monkey screaming in a semi-closed room; when he looks inside the room, there are several other monkeys also in formal clothing(having kind of a "brain storm meeting", or simply being scolded by "the monkey CEO") being scolded by another monkey on a big TV that seems the "CEO". He enters the room and shut off the big TV, and then he became the new "CEO".



2 - This one was in a Zoo; There is a cage where you see a monkey and a sign that says "Do not feed the monkey"(something like that). But out of nowhere the humans surrounding that cage started acting like monkeys(again, monkeys screaming as sound effects) and the monkey is so freaked out by the humans that he decides to run or hide(can't remember the rest).



3- This is the most freaky one; a dude that goes fishing with his dog(they are in the middle of a forest) and he decides to go back to his cabin house. He leaves the dog in the leash outside the cabin, and then he enters the cabin. For no reason, his dog starts to bark like hell, and he goes outside the house to see what happened, but he didn't see nothing there. He returns to the cabin, and the dog starts barking again, but now the dog suddenly stopped! When he looks at the dog, he sees a gnome wearing a red cone hat whispering in the dog's ears, when they are surprised by the dude looking at them(both dog and gnome look surprise to the man seeing them together); the dude freaks out and stop looking out the window, but when he decides to look outside the window again, he sees only the dog's leash on the floor. Well, now he is so freaked out that he decides to hide in the stove inside the kitchen(he stays there). When he opened the door of the stove, he saw all the gnomes(can't remember if they were blue of not) and his dog looking at him with freaky faces... What I recall, this one episode created a game(that is mouse adventure like "Full Throttle" 1995)!



That's all that I can remember... sorry if I couldn't be more helpful, but I really hope someone knows the name of this creepy-awesome sketch/cartoon/animation. Oh! And it has a lot of "messages" for the society and humanity... so yeah... thank you very much in advanced!!
