Weeks ago, I had a Trojan. I saved my pictures to Flash Drive and totally erased the hard drive. I then reloaded the pictures and re-installed Vista Basic and MS Office 2007. But the DVD would not play. I could watch news videos, FB videos, full episode TV shows. Yet when I put a DVD in the tray, it won't play. Installed a DVD Decoder but now need a compatible 'Video Card'. Where do I find this, what type, how $?Why does my computer not play DVDs even after I installed a DVD Decoder?

You probably need to install the drivers for the DVD drive!
